Technique, Strength & Conditioning Dance Class
Our technique, strength, and conditioning class is the perfect addition to your weekly dance classes.
Each week we will work on developing foundational dance techniques from the basics of core and upper body strength, to turning and leaping, as well as improving overall fitness and flexibility.
Classes will incorporate elements of Acro, Jazz, and Contemporary Dance in a fun and dynamic way.
This class is recommended for any dancer who wishes to further develop and enhance their overall technical skills and has a great time in the process.
