EMERGING LEADERS IN THE ARTS

Great leaders aren’t made by accident. 

They are created through self-awareness, service to others and continual learning. 

Develop your leadership skills with us through our new program! In this supportive environment you will gain confidence, learn to work in a team and discover what makes you an incredible leader. 

Plus, ever wonder what happens behind the scenes in the arts? Put your leadership skills into action learning set and costume design, script writing, stage management and more. Get excited about guest speakers, hands on learning and an opportunity to let your creative minds soar. 

Classes are free for any students who already attends 2 or more Ignite classes, or who has attended 2 or more Holiday Workshops in the past year. Applications are required before acceptance into the program. Students will receive a certificate of completion upon finishing the 3 term course.
